Iniciamos nuestra andadura el 29 de Mayo de 2020 y a día de hoy (4 de Junio de 2020), sólo una semana después, tenemos ya a más de 60 usuarios. Hemos recibido múltiples sugerencias y comentarios para facilitar el acceso al servicio y estamos enormemente agradecidos. Entre los comentarios recibidos el más repetido fue: la dificultad para registrarse, instrucciones difíciles de seguir y en ocasiones mensajes de error. Pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes.
Hemos de decir, sin embargo, que podéis entrar a la página y empezar a comprar sin registrarse. No obstante, a la hora de finalizar la compra, el cliente deberá registrarse igualmente, introduciendo sus datos para poder localizarle.
A continuación os explicamos detalladamente los pasos para empezar a utilizar nuestro servicio:
1. Regístrate
Para utilizar nuestro servicio a domicilio, necesitas estar registrado.
- Para ello has de tener un correo electrónico. Esto es importante porque aquí te enviaremos tus recibos, órdenes de compra, notificaciones, etc. Hemos estado mejorando nuestros procesos de operación y hemos descartado la impresión física de recibos, optando por su envío al correo electrónico. También estamos considerando la opción de enviar el recibo por Whatsapp (todavía en revisión)
- Tu nombre nombre completo, para identificarte. Próximamente incluiremos la necesidad de agregar la fecha de nacimiento y DIP, para verificar que los nuevos usuarios son reales. Estos datos serán fundamentales a efectos de notificaciones y reclamaciones.
- La dirección aproximada. Somos conscientes de la dificultad para localizar a las personas en las ciudades africanas en general. Por eso pedimos a los usuarios que introduzcan su dirección aproximada, indicando referencias cercanas a su domicilio, que sean fáciles de ubicar.
Sin embargo, hemos encontrado la solución a este problema; una solución que ya se está utilizando en otros países africanos: la tecnología «What3Words». Sin duda alguna, nosotros, los del Proyecto Situcka.com, somos los primeros en implementar la tecnología What3Words en Guinea Ecuatorial con fines comerciales. Estamos convencidos de que las empresas de logística seguirán este camino y comenzarán a utilizar esta útil y muy recomendable tecnología. Útil incluso para organismos gubernamentales, bancos, negocios locales, etc. Localizar al administrado ya no es un problema en la era de la información.
